Friday May/3,/2013 - 8:38 (UTC) On average, in the world, ten
people per cent accumulate wealth by exploiting the work of others. These
ten per cent are always in competition with each other but come together
intelligently and organize themselves when they perceive the risk of losing
their position. They have a strategy, a tactic, and use appropriate tools
to maintain their power. The other ninety people, instead, suffer, hope,
deceive themselves, are envious of each other and when
one of them proposes a solution in their interest they marginalize and
fight him. But most importantly, they
improvise. Without a plan. Without intelligence. And
when they cannot go longer, they use violence against themselves or against
others. So, they provoke reactions that ultimately
defeated them. If they do not change, they will always be losers.

(UTC) - The
real change requires the implementation of the following three main
objectives: 1) the satisfaction of the basic needs of all (water, food,
clothing, health, housing, safety, education, information ) without
extravagance and without waste, and 2) the production of goods and services
necessary to meet the basic needs of all within the limits of
sustainability of nature and the environment, and 3) the responsible
participation of workers to the risks and results of the enterprises and
recognition of the value of the work done in proportion to the functions,
quality and quantity. The level of development of productive forces allows today and from
at least thirty years to achieve these goals but we have to produce to meet
the needs and not for profit.
